At this time, we have an in-house counsel with legal expertise in real estate transactions for a seamless real estate journey.
RTG offers many closing options. We can close at any of our office locations along with our 30+ satellite offices. We also offer virtual closings or we will go to wherever is convenient for you (your office, the property itself, even at your favorite restaurant)

Post Closing FAQ’s

In Virginia, disbursement typically takes 48 hours to record and disburse. In Maryland and DC, disbursement is usually done on the same day.
Depending on the county, you may receive your deed policy via email as most counties e-record. However, there are a few exceptions.
Some counties in Virginia, such as Orange County, Norfolk City, and Westmoreland County, do not e-record.
If you do not receive your disbursement on time, please call Ratified Title Group to inquire about the status of your closing. We may be missing some information.
We email all copies of closing documents. You can also choose to pick up a hard copy at our Manassas location. Please note that we do not mail any closing documents. For special circumstances, please reach out to us.
Ratified Title Group will refund you the remaining balance owed to you in disbursements after recordation occurs.
Ratified Title Group does not handle title changes, but we can recommend a reliable law group who handles such matters. Please contact us to learn more.
Ratified Title Group sends 1099s annually in March to the IRS for all property sales. Our Post Closing Team will also send you a signed copy of your 1099 in your closing documents. Please keep them handy for tax season.
