Covid-19 Protocols

 OFFICE PARKING LOT CLOSING:

For the safety of our staff and clients we have implemented the following office closing protocol.

IN CASE CLIENTS ARE NOT COMFORTABLE DOING CLOSINGS AT THE PROPERTY USING OUR REMOTE COVID-19 PROTOCOL AND WANT TO CLOSE AT THE OFFICE RTG WILL IMPLEMENT THIS:

Office Closings Protocol:

• RTG will notarize all documents prior to closing and put their(CLOSERS) phone number on the   closing information sheet for the clients to have.

• RTG will ask the client to call the closer or office upon arrival to confirm they are outside the building.

• RTG will drop the closing package off at the vehicle for the client to take review and sign. We request that clients take a picture of their photo identification with their phone and email or text that picture to the closer prior to or at the beginning of the closing so we can verify identity or we can take a photo through the window of the vehicle of ID.

• RTG closer will remain outside in their car or in the office, available via facetime or cell phone call to review and explain documents as needed. The real estate agent may be on the call from their car, home or our parking lot.

• PROCESSORS SHOULD MARK All documents as to where to sign and date ahead of time when available. Clients should sign in clear, blue ink. If a blue pen is needed, a sanitized pen can be provided with the package.

• When the client is finished signing and dating, the client will call the closer/office and hand the package back to the closer through the vehicle window and verbally attest the signature on each document they signed is their legal signature.

• The RTG closer will review the package in his/her car to confirm it is completely signed and dated and let the clients know.

• We will email copies of the executed documents to our clients as soon as possible like we normally do.

 REMOTE CLOSING:

We have found some clients have expressed they are uncomfortable with closing in their home. If you find you are in this situation, we feel this may be a good work around for a solution.

IN CASE CLIENTS ARE NOT COMFORTABLE DOING CLOSINGS FACE TO FACE(6 FOOT DISTANCE) AND WANT TO CLOSE AT THE HOME RTG WILL IMPLEMENT THIS Remote

Closings Protocol:

• RTG will call the client upon arrival to confirm.

• RTG will drop the closing package off at the front door for the client to take inside. We request that clients take a picture of their photo identification with their phone and email or text that picture to the closer prior to or at the beginning of the closing so we can verify identity.

• RTG closer will remain outside in the car, available via facetime or cell phone call to review and explain documents as needed. The real estate agent may be on the call from their car or home.
